Civmec Limited is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the Singapore Exchange (SGX). We achieved dual listing status with our acceptance on the ASX in 2018. We have been listed on the SGX since 2012.

Civmec publishes an annual report detailing our financial and operational performance for each financial reporting period from 1 July to 30 June. The report also serves to update key stakeholders on various topics and key events throughout the year relating to HSEQ, our people, community engagement and sustainability.

Financial Results
We announce our financial results twice per year for the first half financial year ended 30 December, and the second half financial year ended 30 June. We also release a consolidated financial report, annually.
Sustainability Reports
Up until FY22, we released a standalone sustainability report annually, which outlined our sustainability approach, actions, performance and key material issues. As of FY23, all sustainability reporting is included within our annual report.
